Quickoffice for iPhone

Can I just say WOW!  This is one of those apps that make you think the iPhone is well on its way to becoming the only computer a person needs to own.  Quickoffice for iPhone is an amazing piece of software.  It brings all the power of productivity suites to the palm of your hand. I would buy this even if it were $50!

Let’s Golf by Gameloft

I love sports games. I get super disappointed when they aren’t fun. THIS APP IS FUN!!

This app is available at the app store for only $4.99.  I would gladly pay 8.99 for this app.

Anyone who has ever played golf as a video game can skip over the tutorials and go straight to tournament play. Let’s Golf is a well put together app that will entertain any golf enthusiast.  The game play is on par with any xbox or playstation version of golf.  The graphics are interesting and well made.  There are only a couple of minor suggested improvements, but the positives far outweigh the negatives.   Continue Reading »

Pac-Man (full version) by Namco

Overall Rating: ★★★★☆
You want to know what’s nice about this Pac-Man app? It’s actually Pac-Man!
For only $5.99, this app is a great value. You get all the power of a classic original arcade game in your pocket.
If you are like me, you are an avid hunter of nostalgic video game experiences. I get tired of the “knock-off” asteroids, tetris and tron games. I understand that developers are just trying to fill in where the original makers sometimes fall short, but I always get the more excited about a vintage remake Continue Reading »

Overall Rating: ★★★½☆
You want to know what’s nice about this Pac-Man app?  It’s actually Pac-Man!
Namco did such a good job on this app, I recommend skipping over the lite version and going for the full version.

Simplify Media

Overall Rating: ★★★★½
Simplify Media is my favorite app I’ve used so far, with it’s ability to tap my home and work music library and up to 30 of my friends music libraries, I can listen to music longer than my battery will ever last. If you’re worried about you 8GB iPhone and not having enough space to put all of your music on it, you don’t have worry any longer. Though, I would get on the ball and download it while it’s still a free app Continue Reading »
